How to Share a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Exactlyyesterday Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what we do next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Exactlyyesterday Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
  • How an installer we connected you with acted

If the Problem Is With an Installer

Installers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start with the installer when you can. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, we want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Installers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Exactlyyesterday Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, or give refunds for an installer's work. We also cannot act for an installer.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@exactlyyesterday.living. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • When you contacted us or the installer
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The installer's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you hope we will do

After You Write

We will email to confirm we got your complaint. This usually happens within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the installer. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
