• Write in plain, simple words
• Label form fields clearly and keep forms short

Where We Fall Short

Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content may be partly out of our hands. We review the site on a regular basis. When we spot a problem, we work to correct it on the website.
